About Me

My goal as a real estate agent is to provide all my clients with the the executive service experience. As a licensed Real Estate Agent with Virtual Properties Realty there are many qualities that are needed to provide the top notch executive service that I strive to provide — from professionalism, negotiation skills, market and community knowledge to understanding what a client values in their current or future home. With Virtual Properties Realty I have many company resources and tools that help me to fully service all my client’s needs in the utmost professional way. VPR is a high tech, state-of-the-art firm. We pride ourselves in offering the best and most advanced technology. In addition to the company technology offered, I am experienced in multiple areas of the real estate industry. Beginning in 2016 as an office coordinator for a title company helping to close hundreds of transactions during my time there. After leaving the title side of the industry I obtained my Tennessee Real Estate License while living in Tennessee before moving back to the Newnan, Georgia area where I am from and obtaining my Georgia Real Estate License. Whether you are looking for your first home, forever home, investment property, or vacant land to build on I have experience with it all. I strive to give every client the luxury home buying or selling experience because I believe every home has not only a story but so much potential. 

Hi, I am Rebecca Loggins and I grew up about 15 miles outside of Newnan, Georgia on a nearly 200 acre farm in Luthersville, Georgia. At a young age I fell in love with the Great Smoky Mountains. In 2015 I went off chasing after a dream and made the move to Sevier County, Tennessee at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Although as time went on and my family changed in 2020 I decided to move back home to Georgia and by chance (or what I believe was fate) I found a perfect house in my childhood dream subdivision— SummerGrove in Newnan, Georgia. 

During my free time I enjoy relaxing in the comfort of my peaceful SummerGrove home where I am able to spend lots of time with my loving fur-babies. Yes, fur-babies 6 of them to be specific. I am blessed to have 2 rescue cats, and 8 dogs! Yes 8! My animals are my pride and joy, of course they live the life of luxury as they should. In addition to lots of puppy and kitty love I also enjoy country music. I especially love the classics like Kenny Rogers, Loretta Lynn, George Jones, and many more legends. On a free weekend during the spring and summer I love going on a long walk or jog through my subdivision.

Additionally, I enjoy the beauty of the seasons here in Georgia and I absolutely love to spend time decorating my home for each of those beautiful seasons. Last but certainly not least, I am grateful to have a job where I am able to help others make their own dreams come true!
